We use third-party services like Google Firebase, Facebook, and, where applicable, Apple APIs. These services may collect email and user names for identification purposes and provide functionality for our services.

Nevertheless, we use commercially acceptable methods to protect your personal information. The data collected from you is secured through trusted services like Google, Facebook, and, in some cases, Apple APIs, such as Firebase, Facebook, and Apple APIs. This ensures adherence to standard security protocols.

Request to Delete Information:

When logging in using a Facebook/Google/Apple account, we retain the following information:

• The public name displayed on your profile.
• The email address provided on your public profile (if allowed by the user).
• Any additional information provided by the user.

This information is kept private and only visible to you (the user).

If you wish to delete your personal information stored on our servers or systems, please contact us via the email provided for the service.

Purpose of Communication:

When you contact our support team, we may use your personal information to verify or identify you in order to provide complete service. Additionally, we may need to contact you via phone, SMS, email, WhatsApp, or other means for service-related notices and offers. Your personal information will never be sold or rented to third parties.

Updates, Modifications, and Revisions to the Privacy Policy:

This privacy policy has been in effect since July 29, 2018, and was last updated on March 12, 2025. For the purpose of improving and modernizing Medical Higher Study™ services, any specific provision or the entire policy may be updated, modified, or revised, which will take effect immediately upon being updated on this page. We reserve the right to update, modify, or revise this privacy policy at any time, and you are advised to review this policy periodically to ensure your consent. Continued use of our services following any changes to this policy constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the updated terms.

Should there be any changes to this privacy policy, you will be notified via the email you provided or through a special notification on our website or app.

Purchase Policy:

- Users can purchase various subscription packages for Medical Higher Study™ platform services, including exams and other features, by paying the applicable fees. Once the purchase is completed, the fee is considered non-refundable.

- All financial transactions for Medical Higher Study™ services are conducted through official payment gateways provided by banks and mobile banking services. Therefore, all transactions on our app or website are completely secure.

- In the case of errors in exam questions or answers conducted on the app/website, corrections are generally made within 24 hours. Errors in questions, corrections, or cancellations are not grounds for refunds. Hence, any package purchase is considered non-refundable under any circumstances.

- To provide adequate services, the Medical Higher Study™ authority reserves the right to make changes, modifications, and adjustments to exam schedules, curriculums, or features at any time.

Refund Policy:

- In cases involving fraud or a breach of decency, the Medical Higher Study™ authority reserves the right to ban any user involved in such incidents. In these cases, the remaining portion of the user's subscribed package (based on time or duration) will be refunded to the user.

- Except for the above situation, any payments made on the Medical Higher Study™ platform are non-refundable unless there is evidence that the service paid for (e.g., an exam question) could not be provided by the authority.

- If new services are added to CrackTech Limited and necessary, this refund policy will be updated.
